Meditation

I am certified and teach yogic meditation. Yoga is the foundation, the union from which and within all reality unfolds (often depicted by the lotus flower). Yoga is a state, a set of techniques, and a way of life. The Bhagavad Gita describes yoga as the journey of the self. 

The benefits of learning a daily meditation practice are widely talked about. More focus, better sleep, less anxiety, better sex drive, more compassion for self and others, the list continues...

Meditation, like therapy, is not a one-size-fits-all; therefore, I teach a foundation course in meditation and provide group and individual support and coaching to support your growth using these techniques and tools.
